Modesty Used to be My Middle Name Until…

Lee Cooper Floral Bloom blouse paired with blue skinny jeans from Bossini caught my best friend’s attention last night so he told me to blog about it. Against my will and middle name, “modesty”, I’m blogging about #ootd (outfit of the day). I still can’t believe I used that hashtag.

I’ll name three things I love about this floral top: (1) its relaxed silhouette, (2) its comfort, and (3) its nature-inspired print. Most shirts and blouses I have from Lee Cooper have this airy “feel” so they are perfect for summer season.

I love how flowers bloom in clothes – I realized just now that I picked most clothes from stores because of their flowery designs. Perhaps, I’m just hopelessly in love with flowers.

I hope I didn’t mislead you. I adore flowers but only those that are either wild or at least alive. If I can wear them without pulling them out from their natural habitat, I’d be the jolliest person on the planet.

Don’t merry clothes make you sing, “I’m walking on sunshine, woohoo?

I think wearing flower-inspired dresses and blouses attract positivity to my life. I want the best from life: a loving family, supportive friends, a rewarding career, or an amazing partner. And perhaps a bright child, a fruitful garden, or a book that I penned will complete my happiness.

No, I am not asking for a “perfect” life – I only long for an “awesome” one.

P.S. This post didn’t totally sound like a decent review of my outfit of the day (#ootd). I’m sorry I just can’t separate physical from metaphysical.
